Upchurch River Valley Golf Course in Kent are looking for golfers of all abilities to take part in a Guinness World Record™ attempt at Upchurch River Valley, Kent on Sat 21st June 2008.
The day will be set aside in an attempt to break the world record for the most amount of golfers playing 18 holes in 24 hours (walking).
To break the record 624 medal rounds of golf must be achieved in a 24 hour period. In order to do this every competitor must be able to complete 18 holes within 3-3.5 hours, and we will also be starting at first light so will be looking for some early risers!!
The entry fee per person will be £20 which will include your green fee for 18 holes of golf plus a meal and drink (food will vary depending on the time of day) and a goodie bag with a memento of the day.
It will also be a fundraising day aid of the club captain’s chosen charity for 2008, the Alzheimer’s Society.
