After seven years the European Tour returns to England in July; and for the first time European Tour Golf is to be played in Kent outside of The Open.

The Brands Hatch based London Golf Club in West Kingsdown is to host the tournament in July.

The Last thirteen championships have been held at Ireland’s K Club.  The course has hosted the London Senior masters competition, but this is the first time it has been chosen for the main PGA European Tour.

The 31st edition of the event will be played on the Jack Nicklaus Heritage Course – a par 72 of 7,208 yards - from July 3-6, 2008.
